Our ServicesAnhui Ferrocar Heavy Transmission Co., Ltd in the gear industry for over ten years and established a perfect after sale service system. We provide rapid and thoughtful after-sales services for customers. We try our best to serve the customers: 1. One year warranty for FLK products (except special working situation), we provide free after-sales service within the warranty period. 2. After receiving the maintenance notice, FLK Drive will make response and action as soon as possible, the response time will be no longer than 2 hours. We will arrive at the site within 4 fours if the customer is local. For customers in other cities, we will arrive at the site to confirm or solve within 8 hours. The longest arrival time will not exceed 48 hours. 3. If there is performance fault during normal use, the company will provide the above services. Within warranty period, the following situations will implement paid service 1) The damage caused by man-made or irresistible natural phenomenon. 2) Fault or damage caused by inappropriate operation. 3) Fault or damage caused by modification, disintegration and assembly of products. 4. After the warranty period, if the equipment has non-quality fault, for example, the fault caused by operation or natural cause, we will provide the following service: 1) We will maintain the equipment, but the transportation fee and labor cost will be charged. 2) When the components need to be changed, we will charge components cost and transportation cost. Maintenance fee will not be charged. -
